PEQUEÑAS

Syrah

Casablanca Valley

A great exponent of this cool-climate variety, chosen on several occasions as the Best Syrah in Chile.

The grapes come from exclusively selected rows from the highest sector of the vineyard, protected from the oceanic wind and warmer temperatures. After three days of cold maceration, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 15 days, and then maceration takes place for a further 2-3 weeks to extract all the aromatic compounds from the skins. The wine is aged for 12 months in 225L French oak barrels.
