COOKING FOR OUR WINES
Tanino surprises for its excellent gastronomy and service, in a cozy atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful gardens, an organic orchard, and a privileged view of the vineyards. Our gastronomic team together with our winemaker, Alberto Guolo, work to achieve a perfect harmony between our wines and each of the dishes prepared, incorporating fish and seafood, meats and pastas. Achieving a cuisine full of flavors and textures that highlight all the goodness of our wines.
Modern cuisine, where each creation is designed to achieve a special pairing with our wines based on the identity of our homeland, from sea to mountain range - Chile.
In addition, integrating the culinary legacy of our family origins from Northern Italy.
We use fresh and organic products, grown in our own orchard.
Tanino has been recognized as one of the 20 best vineyard restaurants in the world by the Canadian magazine Wine Access.

Casa Mirador
A magical and unique place, with a privileged view, where you can feel the sea breezes coming from the Pacific, due to the proximity of the coast and where we will find an old Hawthorn tree, a typical Chilean species, which will welcome us and invite us to stay in silence for a few minutes to appreciate the breathtaking view of the valley. It has a 6-course menu created by our winemaker and gastronomic team to achieve a perfect pairing.
Casa Mirador is a collection of sensations united by an atmosphere of contemplation and tranquility. Each space is of absolute admiration.

Bar Bo
A relaxed outdoor space among the vineyards, where you can find fresh appetizers and the real Italian pizza, made with double zero flour fermented for 48 hours. Book your table and enjoy it with our sparkling wine BO, traditional method.
This terrace introduces within its bet a new and entertaining concept of tapas and wines, which will give you the option to enjoy different preparations prepared together by our gastronomic team and sommelier.
