Pinot Noir

Casablanca Valley

This wine reflects the extraordinary potential of Casas del Bosque to make this grape variety and create an elegant and balanced wine. The grapes come from a vineyard planted with a high quality French clone on granitic soil on slopes very exposed to the sun's rays. Harvest by hand and selection of berries and clusters. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before aging for 10 months in French oak barrels subjected to a washing process. In order to maximize the potential of the fruit.
