Pinot Noir

Casablanca Valley

This wine reflects the extraordinary potential of Casas del Bosque to make this grape variety and create an elegant and balanced wine. The grapes come from a vineyard planted with a high quality French clone on granitic soil on slopes very exposed to the sun's rays. Harvest by hand and selection of berries and clusters. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before aging for 10 months in French oak barrels subjected to a washing process. In order to maximize the potential of the fruit.

Long-cooked duck such as a confit de canard or a pasta stuffed with duck and béchamel with orange seste and a porcini fungus sauce will highlight this wine.

Ideally between 14 and 16ºC

Enjoy now or store in a dark place in a horizontal position for up to 10 years after harvest.

It is notable for a darker than usual fruit profile, reminiscent of blueberry and elderberry. The oak contributes subtle notes of cedar and spice, while a sensation of sweetness and a slight tannic touch give way to a clean and pleasant finish.ruby red color, ripe strawberries, leafy earth and graphite on the nose. In the mouth a distinguished red, smooth and elegant tannins, long and fruity finish, medium acidity.
