Late Harvest

Casablanca Valley

Since its conception, Noble Late Harvest has been conceived as a unique wine within Casas del Bosque. Throughout its 10 vintages, it has consistently demonstrated its consistency and quality, the result of winemaking work marked by precision in every detail and exhaustive management from the vineyard itself.

It comes from Riesling grapes naturally affected by noble botrytis, harvested by hand during the fall.

Blue cheeses such as gongonzola dolce are in harmony with this wine on the palate. Honey or milk based desserts.

Enjoy now or store in a dark place in horizontal position.

TASTING NOTES

Golden yellow color. Aromas of acacia honey, lemon peel and quince jam on the nose. Ripe apricot flavors characteristic of noble pudding grapes. Clean (only 0.79 g/L AV) with unctuous sweetness balanced by fresh acidity.
