A unique and natural space where we grow our own vegetables all year round as they thrive in harmony with nature. We built wooden planters developed alongside social startup “Sin Barrotes”, which gives a second chance at rehabilitation to inmates that work at jails.
Part of our commitment to sustainability is to keep innovation on all of our processes. Today, many of the vegetables and herbs used by our gastronomic team at our restaurant, Tanino, come from this wonderful place which we plan to keep expanding.
The organic garden was conceived for our visitors and their families. A space to learn about nature´s wisdom and the different kinds of produce, their respective seasons and different ripening periods.
