Soft yellow color with green highlights. The nose is very expressive and complex, with aromas of white-fleshed stone fruit, citrus fruits such as tangerine and lime, complemented by sweeter notes of wood, spices and vanilla. When tasting the wine, it is evident that it comes from a rather cool vintage whose main characteristic is a vibrant and prolonged acidity. It is a wine of vertical structure, with acidity that seems to give a linear direction on the palate, with a clean and tasty finish.
It is recommended with smoked fish in fresh preparations such as a salad of green leaves with smoked salmon or trout, green apple and brie cheese.
