Pale straw color, slightly floral nose, with notes of quince and peaches. Fresh and deep on the palate, with balanced acidity and a long, mineral finish. The wine can be enjoyed now and may even be drunk in the next ten years.
Fatty fish or beef meats, with naturally sweet vegetable accompaniments such as red onion, red bell peppers, carrots or pumpkin. Truffled sauces are also a good match for this variety. Sushi is an excellent pairing for this wine.
