Sparkling wine made under the traditional method of secondary fermentation in bottle. BO comes from the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards planted in Las Dichas, a place influenced by the sea breeze that provides a unique freshness. Bo rests on its lees for 18 months in our cellar.golden yellow with greenish hues and small bubbles, the nose presents intense aromas of toast and fresh fruit. The palate is elegant, with great structure and balanced acidity.

TASTING NOTE

Slightly straw color with small bubbles. Aromas of green apple and lemon zest give way to toasted bread roll and honey. On the palate a sharp acidity is balanced by an almost imperceptible sweetness. Long, clean finish.
