La Trampa 2023

It is the culmination of a constant search for excellence in order to interpret our terroir and produce a great cool-climate wine. The La Trampa sector has particular geographic, geological and climatic dimensions, which have been studied in depth by our winemakers. A slope with northeast exposure, sandy loam soil on the surface, moving towards clay loam in depth, typical of the Lo Vásquez Series, of granitic origin and rich in iron, which influences the metabolism of the plant, allowing for slow ripening and great aromatic concentration in the berries. Low yield vineyards characterized by the quality of the Syrah, Malbec and Pinot Noir grapes, which are identified by a rich and balanced acidity and firm tannins, giving life to this unique and atypical assemblage wine, where the fruit is the main protagonist.
