Pinot Noir is one of the favorite grape varieties for wine lovers and at Casas del Bosque we are starting with the Rosé version in 2018. Belonging to the Botanic Series family, recognized because its wines exhibit abundant and exquisite fruit. With Pinot Noir vines that come from red granitic soils rich in iron. The vineyard is located in the coolest and westernmost part of the Casablanca Valley and is 18 km from the Pacific Ocean. This Rosé is made in a fresh and always elegant style, to be enjoyed at any time.

Pale pink color reminiscent of onion skin. Elegant fruit expression with notes of strawberry, grapefruit, watermelon, water pear and rose plus hints of petricor. Citrus notes complete the bouquet. Extremely dry, full-bodied with refreshing acidity.
Salmon sashimi, green leafy salads with fresh cheeses and nuts.
