Good color, deep purple with violet reflections. The wine is lively and vibrant, with notes of tobacco and spices. On the nose the typical green paprika from the vine blends well with the spices from the barrel. The palate is balanced and consistent with the aromas on the nose. The sensation on the palate is of a voluptuous, ripe wine with soft tannins. An excellent representation of its origin.
Typical Chilean cuisine such as pastel de choclo, empanadas de pino, and pastas with tomato-based sauces, legumes are a good choice when pairing this wine.
