Harvest Experience

During the harvest season (March-April) we offer this spectacular program where you can live and learn first-hand about the harvest. A unique experience to enjoy with your family, friends or work mates.

Program:

10:45 WELCOME: Coffee and cookies at Bar Bo. Delivery of materials: scissors, collection basket and harvest apron is handed to participants (Gift)
11:15: The activity starts with a ride in out tractor pulled cart calleed coloso tour through the vineyard to one of the blocks were the harvest activity will take place. A bilingual wine educator will accompany and instruct you on how to harvest and cut the grape.
12:30 Return to the harvest area were you will hand your harvested baskets and participate in the selection and de-stemming process with our machinery.
13:30 Sauvignon Blanc Reserva tasting in between the vines. Tour through our bodega learning about all the vinification and production of our wines from the reception of the grape, fermentation, maturation in barrels and bottling and labeling process.
13:50 Arrive in our organic orchard for a tasting of our Pinot Noir Gran Reserva accompanied by an empanada stuffed with cheese, basil cherry tomatoes from our organic orchard.
14:15 End of the activity.

Duration: 3 hours only on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Capacity: 8 to 40 people
Includes: Apron (gift), tools and materials, tasting of two wines and an empanada snack.
